Condition
We only allow deadstock items on our website unless specifically stated as worn or used, which means that every item except those stated as such, are brand new and has never been worn. In the case where pre-inspected worn or used items are in our warehouse and labeled for sale on our webstore, we make sure that they meet our strict standards for quality before we ship them out to our customers. You can always request pictures of these items by inquiring with out Customer Service for more information. Box Damage
We understand how important the shoebox is to sneakerheads, which is why we refuse to ship out any boxes that are damaged in any way major way. As we work within a network of authorized retailers, it's important to note that your purchase may come with different labels, and regional changes to labeling. Rest assured, our team of experts checks each and every label to ensure that they are true to each brand's standard labeling across the world.
Scratches, Rips, Stains and other Issues
At ROR, we take pride in the quality of our products and services, and we go to great lengths to ensure that every sneaker we deliver is of the highest standard possible. Our team understands that even the slightest imperfection can ruin the overall appearance of a sneaker, and we take steps to prevent that from happening.
From scratches on the uppers to knicks, scuffs, and small scrapes, our quality control team carefully examines every pair of sneakers to ensure that they are free from any blemishes or marks.
Additionally, we are aware that some sneakers turn yellow over time due to improper care or storage, so we make sure to check the color of each pair to ensure that they are new and free from any signs of oxidation. We also check for any stains, rips or any other imperfections on the uppers, and if we find any, the item will not pass our authentication and your order will be cancelled.
We understand that our customers expect their sneakers to be in pristine condition, and we make sure that each pair is box fresh, not worn or scuffed, and free from any signs of dirt or glue marks.
Our quality control team inspects every shoe individually and as a pair to make sure there are no color differentiations or fading on the uppers. For example, we check for shade differences between the left and right shoes, as well as faded marks on the tongue, backs, or soles.
My item didn't pass the authentication process. Now what?
We also understand that the quality control from the factory or retailer may not always meet our standards, especially depending on the release. Therefore, we take the necessary steps to ensure that any products that do not meet our standards for authentication are not shipped, and your order will be cancelled.
